Breath High was created by Michelle Moses, a business woman and fitness instructor whose life was deeply impacted by breathwork. After spending years dealing with depression and anxiety, Michelle discovered breathwork which was the key to calming her nervous system. Breathwork allowed Michelle to "breathe in a new perspective" on a number of different life events and in doing so was able to gain more confidence, improve emotional stability and feel calmer in all aspects of her life.
